In yesterday’s post we talked about “Will my earnest deposit be returned to me if we don’t close on the house?” Today we are going to talk about what a pre-qualification letter is and how you go about getting one.
Pre-qualification letters are letters provided by a mortgage provider stating they have done a preliminary check on your credit and finances and have determined they can provide a mortgage to you as long as certain conditions are met. These conditions are always stated on the letter. Most sellers will require a pre-qualification letter accompany any offer as a way to ensure you (the buyer) are able to purchase the property.
If you would like to request a pre-qualification letter, simply fill out the form below and we will have a lender get in touch with you to get you started!
