Kalamazoo-Portage MI – The economy has been challenging over the last couple of years. Many people have had to struggle financially. If you are interested in getting your credit back on track so that you can take advantage of the low interest rates and affordable houses, we are aware of an excellent credit restoration program that can help you do that as quickly as possible. Please call us if you are interested in finding out how you might be able to qualify for this credit restoration program free of charge!
In addition, we want to let you know about a couple free seminars that will also help. Our credit union, Consumers Credit Union has teamed up with the Kalamazoo Neighborhood Housing Services Inc. (KNHS) to provide two financial seminars that are free to the public. These seminars are on September 19th, 2011.
Spots are still available, but space is limited so be sure to register!
Budgeting Seminar, 4:00 – 5:30 PM
Are you living paycheck to paycheck? This seminar aims to help participants put together an effective budget to assist with financial planning and stability. With many people living paycheck to paycheck, this seminar presents alternatives to payday and debt consolidation lending.
Credit Score Seminar, 6:00 – 7:30 PM
Do you have a credit score that needs improving? In this seminar participants will learn how to improve a low credit score. People have low credit scores for various reasons including changes in circumstance and insufficient credit history. Consumers and KNHS would like to empower people to get their credit scores back on track because they understand that low credit scores can happen to anyone.
Both seminars will be held at Consumers’ Stadium Drive location: 7040 Stadium Drive, Oshtemo, MI 49077 (at Stadium and 8th). All are welcome to attend both seminars. Spots are still available but space is limited. Please RSVP online at www.ConsumersCU.org/seminars or call 800.991.2221.
